Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings run on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
2. Telephone bookings will be held for seven days pending receipt of the completed booking form and £100 deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks in advance of the first day of letting.
3. In the event of cancellation, we regret, the hirer will be liable for the whole cost. However, we strongly advise you to purchase holiday insurance. We offer this through Guest First UK.
4. Only the persons listed on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the accommodation. Occupancy must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the accommodation as stated on the booking form.
5. Your accommodation will be available from 3:00 pm on the Saturday of arrival, and should be vacated by 10:00 am on the Saturday of departure.
6. All accommodation should be left clean and tidy.
7. The hirer will be responsible for any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay and must be reported immediately.
8. The hirer agrees not to make any noise audible outside of their accommodation between 11:00pm and 7:00am.
9. The owners shall not be liable for the personal effects of the hirers.
10. Vehicles are parked at the property at the hirers own risk.
